The ideal candidate holds a recognised qualification in masonry or structural work, proven leadership experience, strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised qualification in masonry or structural work.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of reinforced concrete construction techniques.
• Skills in reading plans and site organisation.
• Team spirit and leadership qualities.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.
• A valid driving licence (category B).
• Swiss resident only.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate a team of masons on site.
• Organise and plan work while respecting deadlines.
• Ensure the quality of work in accordance with plans and current standards.
• Maintaining safety on site and ensuring compliance with instructions.
