A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Access Manager in Switzerland. This role involves shaping and driving access strategies, ensuring sustainable access to innovative therapies. Candidates should have a strong background in market access, pricing, and health economics with an advanced degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in German and English is required, and knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and drive access strategies that make a real impact on patients’ lives. What makes it unique is the chance to implement the full scope of the strategy — from concept to execution — and see your ideas come to life.
As Market Access Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of market access strategies for Novo Nordisk’s innovative pipeline in Switzerland. You’ll ensure timely and sustainable access to therapies by translating global strategies into impactful local solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams and key external stakeholders.
At Novo Nordisk Switzerland, our integrated department brings together Regulatory, Market Access, Public Affairs, and Communications to drive strategic impact across the healthcare landscape. We champion cross‑functional collaboration and readiness for future assets, ensuring our organisation’s voice is heard throughout Swiss society. Within this setup, our Market Access team plays a central role in securing and optimizing access to innovative therapies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This collaborative environment supports robust planning and strategic execution, enabling us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in market access, pricing, or health economics, ideally within the Swiss pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical experience, a deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, and the ability to translate scientific and economic evidence into impactful access strategies.
