Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a production professional to carry out cell culture and purification processes in a cGMP‑aligned large‑scale facility. You will support electronic batch records, CAPA, and equipment changes within a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

You should have a technical apprenticeship or Bachelor/Master in biotech or related field, solid GMP knowledge, and be willing to work a 4‑shift system; German or English proficiency and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, advanced technical college, Bachelor) with several years of professional experience, or a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or a related field.
• Solid GMP knowledge is required.
• Experience with DCS (Delta V) and MES (Syncade) systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
• Very good German or English language skills.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Support commissioning and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering on campaign preparation and equipment changeovers.
• Conduct training sessions for Operators and take on additional assigned tasks.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Produktionsprozessen in Zellkultur und/oder Reinigung in einer großtechnischen Edelstahlanlage gemäß cGMP-Richtlinien.
• Sicherstellung der Ausführung kritischer Prozessschritte, Auswertung von Testergebnissen und Behebung von Geräteproblemen.
• Unterstützung bei der elektronischen Chargendokumentation, Abweichungsuntersuchungen und Umsetzung von CAPA-Maßnahmen.
• Mitwirkung bei Risikobewertungen und Implementierung definierter Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmaßnahmen.
• Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik bei Kampagnenvorbereitung und Gerätewechseln.
• Durchführung von Schulungen für Operatoren sowie Übernahme zusätzlicher zugewiesener Aufgaben.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, höhere Fachschule, Bachelor) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor/Master) in Biotechnologie, Bioverfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Fundierte GMP-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.
• Erfahrung mit DCS (Delta V) und MES (Syncade) Systemen ist von Vorteil.
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 4-Schicht-System.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
