Zusammenfassung

Job-Room is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (m/f/d) for a temporary placement in Werthenstein, Switzerland. You will join a GMP-regulated Biopharma production environment, supporting daily manufacturing tasks and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, material handling, sampling, documentation, and collaboration with support groups to maintain smooth production flow. 1 year of pharma/biotech experience and GMP knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry or equivalent apprenticeship/education
• Solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
• Strong communication in German and English, spoken and written
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
• Reliable, detail-oriented, team-driven work style

Aufgaben

• Set up, prepare and operate manufacturing equipment as part of a cross-functional production team
• Prepare components and manage materials to keep production running
• Take samples and perform shop floor tasks supporting daily manufacturing operations
• Maintain GMP-compliant status through calibration, maintenance, and checks
• Complete and review batch documentation for proper recording
• Follow area-specific SOPs and work instructions
• Coordinate daily work schedules with support groups
• Handle inventory management, ordering and general shop floor housekeeping

About Our Client

For our client, a company active in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operator (m/f/d) to strengthen the Drug Substance Bioprocess team. The company is known for its rigorous quality standards and its role in producing biologics that support patients worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Set up, prepare, and operate manufacturing equipment as part of a cross-functional production team
• Prepare components and manage materials to keep production running smoothly
• Take samples and carry out shop floor tasks that support daily manufacturing operations
• Keep equipment in GMP-compliant status through routine monitoring, calibration, and maintenance
• Complete and review batch documentation to ensure production activities are properly recorded
• Familiarize yourself with and follow area-specific SOPs
• Support the coordination of daily work schedules together with relevant support groups
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and general housekeeping duties on the shop floor

Your Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or an equivalent apprenticeship/education
• Solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills in German and English, spoken and written
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
