Suan Long stands for authentic Chinese restaurants in the city of Zurich and closer surroundings. Suan Long serves a variety of Asian dishes such as dim sum, noodle soups, stir-fry and seafood dishes. Vegetarian options and a selection of teas are also offered.

Your scope of work:

• You will take responsibility for the restaurant and bar our guests with the usual Asian guest cordiality
• Adherence to our high quality standards
• Receive and settle service accounts
• co-responsible for the apprentices, interns and foreign students

What you bring to the table:

• Host with passion, sound professional experience from a comparable position
• Basic education in gastronomy
• Front-oriented, winning and polite personality with attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of German, other foreign languages are a plus
• Reliable and structured way of working and business management skills
