This site-based role emphasizes reliability, data quality, and asset availability, with collaboration across planners, service providers, and cross-functional teams on a greenfield project.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, maintenance planning, or reliability management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP PM.
• Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (professional level).
• Technical education in Engineering or related field with understanding of equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Experience with COMOS, GMP, and pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and continuously enhance maintenance strategies for technical assets and production systems to maximize reliability and availability.
• Establish and optimize maintenance plans for new and existing assets, including spare parts, master data, and documentation.
• Drive data analysis, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to improve plant operability and performance.
• Collaborate with planners, service providers, technicians, operators, engineers, and quality teams to schedule activities and allocate resources.
• Provide training, troubleshooting support, and maintain high-quality asset data to improve equipment availability.
