Marktlink is a committed international M&A specialist based in Zürich. As an M&A Associate you will work with several deal teams guiding entrepreneurs in buying or selling companies, combining financial rigor with commercial insight.

You will be involved in the entire process from day one, build the Marktlink network, and benefit from our Academy and regular trainings. A healthy work-life balance and an informal atmosphere are important to us.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in finance or finance-oriented master's degree.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and social skills.
• Proficiency in Swiss and English languages.

Aufgaben

• Perform business and market analyses.
• Prepare valuations and bid books.
• Get to know potential buyers and sellers; approach new buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain Marktlink network.
• Draft financing applications and resolve financing issues.
• Provide broad support to the manager during projects.
