Zusammenfassung

Four Seasons is seeking a Room Service & Banquet Manager for The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, starting March 2027 through September 2027. You will oversee In-Room Dining and Banquet operations, delivering highly personalised experiences to guests in rooms, private dining, and events.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead and develop teams, manage guest satisfaction, and drive revenue while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence in a luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum five years of leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to lead and develop teams while delivering luxury guest experiences.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding (budgets, revenue, cost control).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating complex events.
• Fluent English and German and/or French; additional languages are advantageous.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Lead In-Room Dining and Banquet operations with personalized service across guest rooms, private dining, amenities and events.
• Lead, coach and develop In-Room Dining and Banquet teams.
• Ensure seamless planning and execution of banquet functions, events, VIP experiences and customized guest requests.
• Work closely with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and other teams to deliver flawless guest experiences.
• Drive revenue, profitability, labour productivity and cost control across the department.
• Oversee staffing, service standards and procedures across all shifts.
• Support development of In-Room Dining concepts, amenity programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
