Zusammenfassung

Cartier Switzerland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with our Retail leadership and boutiques. You will translate business priorities into HR initiatives, ensuring Swiss labor law compliance and a strong talent lifecycle for boutique employees.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, proficiency with HRIS (Workday, SAP), advanced Excel skills, and fluency in French and English (German/Italian a plus). Expect regular travel across Switzerland (≈30%).

Qualifikationen

3–5 years of experience as HRBP
Experience in luxury retail is a plus
Fluency in French and English; German or Italian is an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Aufgaben

Partner with Retail leadership to translate business priorities into HR initiatives and guidance on Swiss labor law, recruiting, performance management and development.
Drive talent lifecycle for boutique employees: recruitment, performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.
Use HRIS data to optimize HR processes and provide data-driven recommendations for budget and headcount planning.
Lead local and international HR projects, fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
Maintain close proximity to boutique teams with regular travel across Switzerland (min. 30%).
