Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics seeks a mid-level Logistics lead to design and run the logistics function as the team builds toward hundreds of robot deliveries per year across Europe. You will own import/export compliance, documentation, and cross-border operations while managing 1–2 logistics coordinators in a fast-growing hardware environment.

Fluency in English and German is required, with strong collaboration across Operations, Procurement and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with international shipping, customs, and compliance.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience managing or coordinating a small team and setting direction.
• Strong process instincts for scalable logistics in early-stage hardware environments.

Aufgaben

• Design and run the logistics function from processes to documentation and cross-border shipment orchestration.
• Manage a small team of 1–2 logistics coordinators responsible for physical operations.
• Own import/export compliance framework, including customs declarations, Carnet ATA, and labelling.
• Coordinate carrier and freight partner relationships, optimise shipment costs, and manage multi-country deployments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and Finance to integrate logistics with ERP workflows.
