• Solid R&D or operating/factory experience including CAPEX management.
• Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of liquid processing technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and hygienic design requirements in food industry.

• Lead development, innovation, and renovation of liquid processing technologies.
• Support product innovation and renovation projects.
• Drive technology and process innovation in collaboration with business partners.
• Validate pilot technologies and upscale for vertical start-up.
• Provide timely assistance to operations with sustainable solutions.
• Define and analyze engineered solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Lead competence development through training and coaching.
