Zusammenfassung

Solvias is seeking a LIMS Master Data Specialist to create, modify, maintain, and verify LIMS master data objects in LabWare. You will work within governance and support audits and troubleshooting.

You will process requests from QC and analytical development, perform data builds for new products, and serve as SME for LIMS data across the organization. The role involves LIMS migrations and ensuring data integrity in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with LabWare LIMS configuration and master data management.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain LIMS master data, including test definitions, specifications, workflows, calculations, and sample structures.
• Assess impacts of master data changes, perform testing, approvals, and controlled migrations.
• Maintain version history, traceability, and conduct regular data quality reviews.
• Process QC requests and prepare GxP-compliant documentation, change records, and validation test scripts.
• Support CSV activities, audits, and ensure compliance with ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 requirements.
• Act as first contact for QC master data issues and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with QC scientists to implement analytical methods in LIMS.
• Support product introductions, specification updates, method transfers, and LIMS 7→8 migration activities.
