On is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that establish best practices and drive innovation in advanced manufacturing within the footwear domain.

The Lead - LightSpray Project Manager role focuses on aligning teams, removing roadblocks, and scaling LightSpray with speed while delivering complex, global programs that affect production and commercialization timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Footwear and/or apparel industry experience.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects.
• Excellent planning, budgeting and resource management.
• Skilled at influencing teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptable, proactive in dynamic environments.
• Proven experience leading global projects/programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate execution across key programs: align innovation, operations, and commercialization.
• Foster alignment & problem-solving with internal stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
• Close execution gaps in strategic initiatives and ensure smooth contract execution and scaling.
• Strengthen financial & manufacturing strategy with forecasting and multi-year plans.
• Monitor performance with KPI tracking and provide updates to senior leadership.
