Job summary

PwC Switzerland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting to lead and deliver high-impact projects for senior stakeholders in the life sciences sector. The role spans R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions, with opportunities to collaborate internationally.

You will help develop new propositions, drive transformations, and work with PwC's global network of Life Sciences experts. This fast-growing team emphasizes teamwork and client excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline with around 6 years' life sciences experience, including at least 3 years in consulting.
• Experience in running large transformation projects and developing new propositions in consulting.
• Exposure to technologies such as cloud, RWD, NLP driving business performance and patient centricity.
• GxP, data privacy, digital strategy, operating model design, quality system improvement in regulated environments.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and tech-savviness.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French preferred; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-impact life sciences projects with senior stakeholders.
• Develop new propositions and drive transformation initiatives for clients.
• Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions on quality management.
• Engage with international clients and cross-cultural teams in Switzerland and abroad.
