Zusammenfassung

Deloitte AG in Zurich is seeking a Manager to lead M&A engagements within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. You will manage the full deal lifecycle from strategy through due diligence and negotiation, coordinating with senior client staff across Switzerland and abroad.

You will contribute to business development, mentor junior team members, and collaborate within a global network of M&A specialists in a highly professional environment. Fluency in English is required with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years of prior work experience in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector (consulting, industry, venture capital, etc.), ideally with exposure to M&A.
• Business acumen and/or financial expertise obtained through formal education, work experience, and/or proven interest and vocation.
• Open and curious person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to cope with fast-paced environments and prioritize deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German is a plus (optional).

Aufgaben

• Drive transactions in the Swiss and international marketplace, providing sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise advisory services to LS&HC clients in Switzerland and abroad.
• Act as a key contact with senior client staff, project-manage the transaction, and handle day-to-day client communication.
• Lead and execute the full deal lifecycle, including pre-deal strategy, teasers and CIMs, financial models, outreach, offers prioritization, due diligence, and negotiation of terms.
• Drive business development activities and pitches to secure future deal flow.
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members and work within a global network of M&A specialists.
