Zusammenfassung

The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is seeking a Team Leader Finance & Procurement (80-100%). You will lead the finance and procurement team, develop controlling, and help shape the introduction of an ERP solution.

We are undergoing change and value a modern leadership culture; you will contribute to digitalisation and implement process improvements. Fluency in German, and knowledge of French, are required, and you will work in a bilingual environment.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Several years of leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and digital processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead Finance & Procurement team and drive development.
• Develop financial controlling and reporting with key figures.
• Ensure smooth financial, budget, and procurement processes and optimise them.
• Prepare decision bases and advise management from a business perspective.
• Shape the ERP landscape and contribute to the introduction of new solutions.
• Deputise for Head of Procurement & Infrastructure and support the team.
• Lead sub-projects, including ERP implementations.
