**Job Overview:**

As a Lead Sprinkler Installer, you will independently carry out various installation tasks related to sprinkler systems and be responsible for executing projects in the utility and industrial sectors. Your goal is to maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction. You will not only roll up your sleeves but also coordinate activities, lead colleagues, foster a positive on-site atmosphere, and support the development of apprentices. Since you work at client locations, there may be periods where you are on the company's expense during certain projects. Your core tasks include:

• Coordinating project execution
• Delegating tasks to installers and assistant installers
• Ensuring optimal execution of work across projects
• Attending construction meetings
• Registering additional work and reporting to the installation supervisor
• Maintaining revision documentation
• Reporting deviations and deficiencies in tools and installations to supervisors
• Keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge

**Candidate Profile:**

As a leader, you are the face of the organization, so it's important that you are customer-friendly, independent, stress-resistant, and flexible. You should also recognize yourself in the following points:

• Minimum MBO-3 level education, supplemented with technical courses and specialized training
• VCA-VOL certification
• Driver’s license B
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written
