Aufgaben

• Configure, update, and maintain the firm's proprietary AI platform.
• Configure and support cloud-based applications, including legal AI platforms, e-signature and other digital tools.
• Provide ad-hoc technical support for client mandates by analyzing, transforming, and cleaning data, and automating tasks.
• Assist end users to resolve technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and maximize tool adoption across practice groups.
• Advise lawyers and staff on integrating AI and legal tech into daily workflows.
• Support simple data flows between apps via APIs and manage basic integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation in English and collaborate with teams.
