A dynamic social enterprise in Lausanne seeks a Legal Counsel for a part-time, minimum eight-month maternity-replacement contract. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and advising stakeholders. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Swiss Law and have 1-2 years of experience in contract law, with proficiency in English and preferably French. The Legal Counsel safeguards Vestergaard’s interests and enables business growth by providing strategic legal support and pragmatic solutions. The position ensures that all contractual engagements are sound, compliant, and aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. Through expert drafting, negotiation, and risk management, the role fosters trust with internal stakeholders and external partners, while continuously improving legal processes, tools, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
This role is based in Lausanne, reports directly to the General Counsel, and is a 50% part-time, minimum eight-month maternity-replacement contract, starting February 2026.
