HIM Business School in Montreux is seeking a Lecturer for our Chinese Track to join a dynamic, international team delivering Chinese-taught courses. The successful candidate will teach in a multi-cultural environment and engage with students across varied business disciplines.

Responsibilities include delivering lectures across customer experience, marketing, accounting, finance and microeconomics; developing curricula; mentoring students; collaborating with industry partners; and contributing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Professional experience in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken/written).
• Teaching experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver captivating lectures in Customer Experience, Principles of Marketing, Communication, Accounting Principles, Introduction to Finance and Microeconomics
• Develop and update curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth

• Contribute to the school's research output in your areas of expertise

Lecturer for our Chinese Track (W/M/X)

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and international team, committed to the delivery of high quality programs and will be required to teach in a multi-cultural environment. All the courses within the Chinese Track are delivered in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver captivating lectures in Customer Experience, Principles of Marketing, Communication, Accounting Principles, Introduction to Finance and Microeconomics
• Develop and update curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional growth
• Collaborate with industry partners to bring real-world insights into the classroom
• Contribute to the school's research output in your areas of expertise

Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field (advanced degrees are a +)
• Professional experience in business, finance, economics or related field
• Strong knowledge and expertise in serval of the subject listed above
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken/written)
• Previous teaching experience a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

End date : 31.03.2027

Employment rate : 30 to 60%
