Job summary

Betterhomes is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its Dubai team, relocate from abroad, and close property deals with landlords, sellers and tenants. You will leverage Dubai's market leadership to earn commissions while supported by full marketing and admin back‑up.

Expect training from day one, a high‑energy environment, and frequent incentives including overseas trips. Fluent English and a drive to achieve results are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear, client-facing sales background with proven results.
• English fluency is a must for daily client interactions and negotiations.
• Ability to write compelling property listings and communicate options clearly.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced Dubai market.
