GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Warehouse & Logistics Operations Staff Manager in Birr to oversee end-to-end material management at the Birr Distribution Center, driving inventory accuracy and governance in a highly manual environment. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and EHS to push continuous improvement and digital warehouse initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP required, Oracle advantageous).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Willingness to work hands‑on on the shopfloor and provide operational support when required.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and warehouse performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure material availability and operational excellence.

• As Lead Warehouse & Logistics Operations Staff Manager, you will play a key role in the end-to-end material management of the Birr Distribution Center. Operating in a highly manual warehouse environment, you will provide operational leadership, ensure governance and performance excellence, and support the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of warehouse and logistics activities whilst supporting GE Vernova’s operational and customer commitments.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and EHS, you will drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and digital warehouse management initiatives. In addition, you will serve as the Deputy Distribution Center Manager, supporting daily operations and site leadership.
