Bachem AG is expanding with a new Sisslerfeld manufacturing site in Northwestern Switzerland. We seek a Lead QC to establish and lead the Quality Control organization, including Microbiology and IPC labs, ensuring regulatory compliance and a seamless transition from project to commercial operations.

The role demands a PhD or MSc in a scientific field, 7+ years of experience with leadership, and strong German and English communication.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field).
• Deep regulatory knowledge and experience with EU GMP, HMG/AMBV, PIC/S, ICH, and FDA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and build the QC organization for the Sisslerfeld Site, including Microbiology and IPC labs.
• Drive qualification, validation and implementation of analytical methods and equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across QC functions.
• Define and maintain QC procedures, documentation and governance.
