AstraZeneca GmbH in Switzerland seeks a Patient Affairs Lead, Oncology to shape how patient perspectives influence strategy from existing indications to launches, working at the interface of advocacy, policy dialogue and cross-functional delivery.

Based in Baar and available at 80% or 100% FTE, the role reports to the Corporate Affairs Director and aims to strengthen patient engagement, education, access and standards of care in Switzerland within the oncology portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in patient advocacy, corporate/public affairs, medical affairs, market access, or health policy.
• Hands-on experience with patient organisations and Swiss patient representatives in Switzerland.
• Good understanding of the Swiss healthcare landscape and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Define how patient perspectives shape strategy for oncology across Switzerland.
• Develop and deliver patient engagement and advocacy strategy focusing on education, access and standards of care.
• Build partnerships with Swiss patient advocacy groups and patient experts.
• Translate patient perspectives into actionable insights for education, patient journeys and access discussions.
• Ensure engagements are compliant with policies and Swiss regulations.
