The ideal candidate has a university degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering with extensive experience in aircraft mechanical systems, plus a track record in leading diverse, global teams and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in aircraft mechanical systems.
• At least 5 years working on Pilatus aircraft.
• Proven project management expertise and experience implementing engineering processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead, support and develop the mechanical systems team for the trainer aircraft.
• Organise and manage all projects within the team to meet customer requirements, on time and on budget.
• Work with and manage a large number of mechanical vendors for timely delivery and solutions.
• Lead the development of new mechanical systems within budget and address obsolescence.
• Collaborate with business units and suppliers to identify future opportunities for the trainer aircraft.
