Job summary

Alentis Therapeutics in Basel-Landschaft, Allschwil seeks an mAb Technical Lead to oversee late-phase monoclonal antibody manufacturing with external partners. You will coordinate supply plans and govern CDMO deliverables with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous clinical supply.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and contribute to CMC regulatory submissions while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• PhD in a Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in biologics manufacturing and CMC.
• Experience supporting late-phase activities: GMP manufacturing, testing, batch release, clinical supply.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of late-phase mAb GMP manufacturing with external CDMO partners.
• Act as technical contact for CDMOs on manufacturing, quality, and process optimization.
• Coordinate manufacturing and supply plans to meet clinical demand.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Contribute technical data to CMC regulatory submissions and responses.
• Identify and mitigate technical, quality, and supply risks.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
