Johnson Electric is seeking a Lead Engineer for Thermodynamics and Thermal Systems to design and optimize advanced heat pump architectures, select refrigerants, and integrate simulation tools. • Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; PhD is considered as an advantage.
• Experience with using MATLAB, GT Suites and 1D simulation software with additional programming skills in Python or R.
• Previous experience in the automotive and/or HVAC industry, with solid understanding of sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations.
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English.

Our requirements:
