Job summary

Eniwa is seeking a Lead Electrician for our projects in the Aargau region. You will take responsibility on the construction site, lead your team and drive projects with oversight and clear communication.

We offer 40-hour weeks, 27–30 days vacation, 100% funded further education, paid paternity leave, gym access, and modern tools. Exciting assignments await in commercial and residential buildings, with room to grow into project management.

Qualifications

• Training as an Electrician EFZ.
• Interest in further training as Team Leader or Electrical Project Manager.
• Proven experience as Lead Installer in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation orders as Lead Installer in the commercial and residential construction sector.
• Create smaller offers in consultation with the segment manager.
• Take on administrative tasks (orders, reports, measurements, etc.).
