Qualifikationen

• Masters/PhD in a relevant field with strong plasma physics background.
• 7+ years hands-on experimental experience in cold plasma.
• Experience with high-voltage pulsating power systems and analog electronics.
• Familiarity with resonant circuits and impedance matching.
• Strong safety awareness with HV, lasers, vacuum, and reactive gases.

Aufgaben

• Design, equip, and commission a cold plasma laboratory with HV power supplies, lasers, and gas handling.
• Develop reliable methods to generate stable cold plasma using tailored gas mixtures.
• Conduct advanced experiments and measure plasma parameters (temperature, density, emissions).
• Design resonant circuits and analog drivers for plasma discharges.
• Analyze data and propose next-step experiments with physics and engineering teams.
• Ensure safety compliance for high-voltage, lasers, vacuum, and reactive gases.
