Qualifikationen

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, NLP, ML, IR or related field with post-degree industry experience
• Hands-on depth across document analysis, information extraction, classification, knowledge representation, evaluation and production deployment

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy semantic chunking systems for lengthy legal, tax and accounting documents
• Build document enrichment pipelines to identify document types, jurisdictions, entities and metadata
• Develop hierarchical and multi-label document classification systems using taxonomies
• Build NLP, information extraction pipelines to identify entities, relationships, and key concepts
• Construct knowledge graphs connecting entities and legal concepts across large collections
• Identify and extract insights from complex tabular data within documents
• Create document intelligence capabilities for search, retrieval, and RAG workflows
• Lead evaluation frameworks using expert annotations and production metrics
• Provide technical leadership on document analysis architectures and knowledge representation
• Mentor applied scientists and ML practitioners across the organization
