Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Lead Analyst for Global Transparency Reporting (EMEA). Based in Europe, you will lead reporting across multiple markets, collaborating with HCC, Legal, Finance and IT to ensure accurate disclosures.

You will optimize processes, implement automation, and drive data-driven improvements while maintaining strong English communication with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HCC or a related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, along with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements.
  • Ability to seek out and identify multiple, varied sources of data to consolidate them into meaningful quantitative analysis or reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.

Aufgaben

  • Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures in accordance with applicable regional and/or local requirements.
  • Support governance processes through the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.
  • Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements, translating regulatory changes into actionable reporting and process requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted compliance advisor through proactive collaboration with Health Care Compliance teams, Legal, Finance, Business Technology and other stakeholders to drive alignment on reporting requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements.

As a Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEAyou will:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) – EMEA, who will be based in any major J&J location intheEMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. The Lead Analyst is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Risk Management Solutions, Compliance Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Transparency Reporting - EMEA.

The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:

Transparency Reporting & Compliance Operations
  • Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support the preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures in accordance with applicable regional and/or local requirements.
  • Support governance processes through the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.
  • Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements, translating regulatory changes into actionable reporting and process requirements.
  • Serve as atrusted compliance advisor through proactive collaboration with Health Care Compliance (HCC) teams, Legal, Finance, Business Technology and other regional and/or country stakeholders to drive alignment on reporting requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion an Operational Excellence mindset by driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting best practices across transparency reporting processes.
  • Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process, system, and reporting enhancements to improve transparency reporting effectiveness and efficiency.
Digital Solutions, Automation & Technology Enablement
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable digital and automated solutions.
  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities to ensure quality, consistency, and successful adoption of reporting capabilities.
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Data Analytics and Reporting Insights
  • Develop reporting analytics and visualization to identify reporting risks, trends, compliance insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Translate complex transparency reporting data into actionable insights and recommendations for business and compliance stakeholders.
Knowledge Management & Capability Building
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support sustainable and compliant reporting operations.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to strengthen stakeholder understanding of transparency reporting requirements, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to training materials and communication resources on current reporting requirements, methodologies, and system functionality.

Other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management.

Demonstrated experience in prioritizing needs and implementing system or process enhancements is required. Preferred:
  • Professional certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, Process Excellence, or related disciplines (e.g., CCEP-I, Seton Hall or INSEAD, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Experience in transparency disclosures (e.g., EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments Reporting/State Reporting or other local requirements).
  • Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies.
