Qualifications

8+ years of experience in roles like rapid prototyping, forward-deployed, or solutions-engineering.
Hands-on experience with AI-native application development and code generation.
Excellent client-facing technical communication skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Scope new features and rapid prototypes with client business and product owners.
Use AI natively throughout development, including code generation, automated testing, and iterative builds.
Build, refine, and deliver functional prototypes with short feedback loops.
Prepare validated prototypes for transfer into standard build processes with engineering teams.
Evaluate technical feasibility of features adopting AI-native approaches.
