A leading legal service provider in Geneva is seeking a Labor and Employment Paralegal to support their legal department. This role involves assisting with third-party legal requests and managing litigation support across multiple employment-related cases. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience and strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and retirement plans. This is a full-time onsite position with a yearly contract.
Pay Range: $40.00 – $43.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite minimum 3 days per week; during training up to 5 days per week
Duration: 1-year contract
3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in labor and employment.
The Labor and Employment Paralegal will support the Legal Department at the client’s corporate headquarters. This role works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and internal stakeholders, with a primary focus on labor and employment matters. Key responsibilities include responding to third-party legal requests and supporting litigation activities across multiple matters.
