The role emphasises digitising processes and working within an international team, with ongoing on-and off-the-job training. Applicants should have a Master’s in law or related field, and ideally some experience in a financial institution,

Qualificações

• Master's degree in law or a related field preparing for financial market regulation.
• Experience in a financial institution, regulator, or consulting firm is a plus.
• Interest in legal questions and business context; able to work independently and client-focused.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Du berätst in- und ausländische Finanzdienstleister bei aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragen und der Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorschriften sowie bei weiteren finanzmarktrechtlichen Fragen, u.a. im grenzüberschreitenden Geschäft. Du überprüfst die Einhaltung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben zur Bekämpfung der Geldwäscherei und Terrorismusfinanzierung bei Finanzdienstleistern in der Schweiz und in Liechtenstein. Du berätst & begleitest unsere Kunden in der Digitalisierung ihrer Arbeitstätigkeiten und Prozesse mit Fokus auf Compliance-relevante Bereiche und ihrer Auswirkungen auf Front-to-Back. Du führst regulatorisch getriebene Gap-/Impactanalysen durch und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Du entwickelst dein technisches Know-how und deine Soft Skills stetig weiter durch On-and-off-the-Job-Trainings. Du arbeitest in einem inspirierenden Team in einem internationalen Netzwerk und erhältst regelmässig Feedback von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten.

Your Profile

Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder eine andere Ausbildung, welche Dich auf die Anwendung der Finanzmarktregulierung vorbereitet. Falls Du bereits erste Arbeitserfahrungen in einem Finanzinstitut, bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde oder einer Prüf- und Beratungsgesellschaft sammeln konntest, ist dies ein Vorteil. Du bist interessiert an juristischen Fragestellungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und arbeitest gerne selbständig und kundenorientiert in einem spezialisierten Team. Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden. Du bist daran interessiert, dich on- und off-the-job weiterzubilden. Du bist einsatzfreudig und teamorientiert und verfügst über einen exakten, lösungsorientierten und effizienten Arbeitsstil und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
