Finders SA in Switzerland is seeking a Junior Underwriter to support a defined portfolio of non-life risks and work closely with seasoned underwriters. You will assist in risk assessment, pricing and policy structuring while contributing to portfolio development across markets.

The role requires 2–4 years in insurance or related fields, a strong analytical mindset, and fluency in English with good German. This is an on-site position in Zurich with an international, fast-paced team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services.
• Exposure to underwriting, actuarial, or analytical functions is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in specialty / technical lines and international work.
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English with good command of German (additional languages a plus).

Aufgaben

• Support underwriting activities across a defined portfolio of non-life risks.
• Assist in risk assessment, pricing and policy structuring.
• Analyse data and contribute to underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (actuarial, claims, finance).
• Monitor portfolio performance and support reporting activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting tools and processes.
