  • Contact clients via telephone and mail;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
  • Manage social media channels;
  • Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products;
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries;
  • Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement;
  • Administrative work (for example managing post).
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
  • Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
  • Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
