Reisetätigkeit und Wochenende sind möglich, um Events zu unterstützen. Sie bringen bis zu drei Jahre Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise mit kommerziellem, wissenschaftlichem oder medizinischem Hintergrund, sowie fließendes Deutsch (C2) und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch mit.

Qualifications

• Bis zu 3 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung, Berufsanfänger willkommen.
• Abschluss oder Ausbildung in kommerziellem, wissenschaftlichem oder medizinischem Bereich.
• Wohnhaft in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz.

Responsabilités

• Prospect und Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Kliniken und Praxen im ästhetischen und medizinischen Bereich.
• Qualifizierte Verkaufschancen generieren und Meldung an das Team.
• Produkt- und klinische Schulung absolvieren und komplexe Lösungen kompetent präsentieren.
• Origin auf Workshops, Kongressen und Events vertreten, auch international.
• CRM- und Reporting-Richtlinien befolgen.
• Markt- und Kundenfeedback mit dem Team teilen.

Origin Aesthetics AG is a start-up distribution company to serve Swiss dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic providers. We have contracts with Candela Medical and other top manufacturers in process of building a wholistic portfolio of premium solutions.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Origin Aesthetics is seeking a junior sales representative to cover one of our territories in the German-Switzerland region. This position is part of the founding team and is built for a junior or newer salesperson that wants to be a part of a growing business from the ground floor. They will be helping build the territory from scratch with established brands. This position reports directly to the CEO.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prospect and build relationships with clinics and practices in the aesthetic and medical sector
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for the team
• Complete product and clinical training, and present complex solutions in a compliant, professional, and credible manner
• Represent Origin at workshops, congresses, and events, sometimes internationally
• Follow Origin's CRM and reporting guidelines
• Share market & customer feedback with the broader team

REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 3 years of sales experience; new graduates and early-career sellers welcome, field or commission-based experience preferred
• Degree or vocational training in a commercial, scientific, or medical field
• Based in German-speaking Switzerland
• Willing to travel daily and to work occasional weekends to support events
• German C2 or native fluency required; some English skills preferred
• Comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and AI tools in daily work
