IMC seeks a Graduate Quantitative Researcher to work with experienced researchers and developers in a fast-paced, data-driven environment in Zug, Switzerland. You will learn how trading ideas are researched, tested, and deployed, contributing to live strategy development early in your career.

You will research data-driven ideas, analyze large datasets from crypto markets, and build models and signals to support trading strategies using cutting-edge infrastructure and collaboration with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, CS, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Programming experience, ideally in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, crypto, or DeFi.
• Comfortable working with data and applying quantitative methods to real-world problems.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

• Research and test data-driven trading ideas.

• Build, test, and improve models, signals, and algorithms for trading strategies.
