What You'll Do

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for R&D projects and small-series production.
• Track multiple orders, components, and material demands simultaneously to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and production staff to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and stock levels in internal systems.
• Support sourcing of specialized or hard-to-find components, balancing cost, quality, and timing.
• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain processes and SOPs.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure procurement aligns with project priorities.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field, or a junior professional eager to make an impact.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tracking tools; ERP experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German is desired; French is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges.
