Altrimo is a renowned fiduciary services firm in Eastern Switzerland, seeking a Junior Property Manager (80-100%) to join our St. Gallen team. You will support portfolio administration, mainly condominium ownership, and independently manage a smaller portfolio.

A commercial basic education is required, with progression toward property management clerk training. You should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, be digitally savvy, and communicate confidently in German to engage with owners,

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial basic education.
• Pursuing or completed training as a property management clerk.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management preferred.
• Service-oriented, precise, and efficient with multi-tasking ability.
• Confident German communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Digitally savvy with willingness to learn and develop.

Aufgaben

• Assist the team in administering a diverse portfolio (mainly condominiums).
• Independently manage a smaller portfolio and develop professional and customer skills.
• Support owners, caretakers, craftsmen and tenants in a reliable, solution-oriented manner.
• Handle administrative and organisational tasks in a digital environment.
