coni + partner ag in Zurich is seeking a young professional to join the Private Banking risk team as a Junior Analyst Procurement Risk Processes. You will support design, development and enhancement of strategic Business Risk Solutions and assist with sourcing data while ensuring data integrity.

You will collaborate with IT and risk groups, maintain reporting tools, document processes, and help coordinate special projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics or IT.
• First risk management or internal or external audit experience.
• Leadership experience and know-how in change the bank projects.
• Ability to oversee complexity and work on own initiative with responsibility.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and practical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion and trustworthiness.
• German and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Improve banking risk processes and support design, development and enhancement of strategic Business Risk Solutions.
• Source data and ensure integrity, maintain and operate the business risk environment.
• Coordinate with IT to maintain and enhance infrastructure and reporting tools.
• Document risk processes and support in research and project work for risk management.
• Collaborate with other teams in the Risk Management Department and monitor systems for Risk, Legal and Compliance.
• Develop risk analysis scenarios and coordinate special projects and initiatives.
