Novartis in Stein is seeking a Junior Process Expert to support the Production Unit in improving processes and implementing new ones. The role requires adherence to cGMP, SOPs and guidelines, with emphasis on deviations, CAPAs, and manufacturing instructions.

The candidate should have a scientific degree, strong independence, MS Office skills, and fluency in English and German. A 12-month temporary contract is offered with flexible/hybrid benefits where applicable.

The Junior Process Expert supports the Production Unit (PU) in all process-related matters with the objective of continuously improving existing processes, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and introducing and establishing new processes.

These activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP requirements, as well as applicable SOPs and guidelines.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: CHF 74.200 - 137.800

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
