YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome guests and coordinate visitor flow while ensuring the office and showroom consistently reflect our brand and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare the office every morning by checking equipment and infrastructure to ensure a smooth start for the team.
  • Manage office inventory and coordinate with external service providers for necessary repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Organize daily office tasks, including furniture arrangement, coffee machine maintenance, and seasonal decorations to create a welcoming vibe.
  • Optimizeinternal processes continuously to keep pace with our company growth.
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and badge management.
  • Organize internal events and facilitate the setup for tastings, photoshoots, and other happenings.
  • Foster a positive office culture through proactive support and clear communication of internal updates.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or office management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability tomaintaina clear overview while managing multiple tasks.
  • Structured and proactive mindset with a focus on efficient execution.
  • Proficiencyin digital tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience in client-facing roles witha high levelof hospitality awareness.
  • Highattention to detail, especially when handling administrative duties.
  • Early bird mentality with the willingness to be fully present in the office every morning.
  • Fluentin English and German.
