We are currently seeking for a Junior Mobility Advisor - Customer Success and Fleet to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the mobility of Gowago customers by advising them in the journey on the road. At Gowago you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service while ensuring that our customers needs are met with efficiency and care.

Tasks
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to our complex products and services ensuring clear communication.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
  • Onboard customers to our on the road experience and help them have the best journey with their car.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure efficient case solving.
Requirements
  • French mother tongue (Essential)
  • Fluent in English (Required)
  • Available for 100%.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
  • Self-motivated dedicated and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Good to Have
  • Conversational German (Preferred)
  • CRM experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of car ownership and a passion for cars.
