About the role

In this role you will handle a variety of legal tasks that are essential to our operations. Your responsibilities include reviewing, analysing and drafting contracts, particularly vendor agreements such as SaaS and license contracts, along with consulting and staff leasing agreements and NDAs. You will prepare summaries for long‑term contracts, provide legal and administrative support on regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions, and offer advice on a wide range of topics relevant to the business.

You will also contribute to special projects aimed at improving legal operations, including the evaluation and implementation of automation and AI tools. Staying informed about global legal developments and assessing their impact on the company will be a key part of your role.

Your responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts for procurement activities including SaaS and license agreements.
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
  • Provide legal and administrative support on regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise on various legal topics relevant to the business.
  • Support projects involving legal tech tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
Your profile
  • University degree in law; admission to the bar.
  • Minimum 3 years of post‑bar experience, ideally with in‑house exposure and preferably in financial services; experience with common law jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for procurement activities.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss and European contract law; familiarity with English and/or US contract law is a plus.
  • Experience using legal tech tools including Swisslex and emerging AI solutions.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while remaining analytical and detail‑oriented.
  • Open‑minded and curious, eager to learn about the business and new legal developments and collaborate in diverse dynamic teams.
  • Excellent command of English and working knowledge of German; additional languages are an advantage.
