UNDP GPEDC seeks a Programme Coordination Analyst to support the Global Partnership for Effective Development Co-operation in planning, coordinating and delivering its 2023-2026 and 2027-2030 work programmes. Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in public administration, public policy, international development studies or economics, etc.
• Two years of relevant professional experience required if holding a bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• Proven knowledge of development cooperation and aid effectiveness agenda.

Aufgaben

• Drafting and editing concept notes, moderation notes, speaker bios, and communications material for GPEDC work and events.
• Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action items for GPEDC preparations.
• Support communications activities, including website updates, press releases, and social media toolkits.
• Lead speaker outreach and coordination under guidance of the Partnership and Advocacy Specialist.
• Prepare planning documents and communications for GPEDC advocacy events and High-Level Meetings.
• Ensure event logistics are handled by sponsors and clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Assist with country-level advocacy, dashboard updates, blogs, and country stories of progress.
