Job summary

Swissquote is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager / Business Developer for its Corporate Business Line. You’ll support the development and servicing of corporate clients, focusing on treasury, FX, securities and broader institutional banking needs.

You will work with senior colleagues to grow an independent corporate portfolio over time, while coordinating across functions to ensure an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Interest in Corporate Relationship Management and Business Development.
• Basic understanding of FX, financial markets, securities and treasury topics.
• Commercial mindset with strong client orientation.
• Structured, reliable and able to manage several topics in parallel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and willing to take increasing ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Support management and development of existing corporate client relationships.
• Act as a contact point for day-to-day client requests and coordinate internally.
• Assist in acquiring new corporate clients and prospecting activities.
• Develop understanding of clients' business models, treasury structures and currency exposures.
• Identify opportunities related to FX, securities, custody and other institutional services.
• Support client meetings, prepare information and ensure follow-up.
