• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries for Compliance and business teams using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Analyze client and operational data to spot risks, trends, or areas needing review within Employee Compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across levels and teams to collect information and support coordinated compliance efforts.
• Maintain standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure efficient processes and strategic positioning.
