Zusammenfassung

FORFIRM is seeking a technically strong IT professional with UC4/Broadcom Automic expertise to manage and orchestrate workflows and to drive MFT and batch processing initiatives.

You will configure UC4 integrations with MFT tools, monitor and optimize batch chains, and ensure secure, auditable data transfers across Linux and Windows environments.

The role requires Italian language proficiency, proactive collaboration with stakeholders, and a focus on accuracy, security, and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise schedulers.
• Experience with MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, BAT) and use of regular expressions.
• Solid knowledge of encryption mechanisms and key management (PGP, SSH, digital certificates).
• Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools (Jenkins, Ansible; Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for collaboration and tracking.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in IT UC4 e , combining operational expertise with project management capabilities. The candidate will operate both as a technical specialist in managing and orchestrating workflows via Broadcom Automic Automation (UC4), and as a reference point for internal project initiatives related to the evolution of automation and file transfer platforms. The resource will be involved in the configuration and administration of MFT solutions, ensuring security, traceability, and compliance of data flows, and will actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects in the MFT and batch processing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Management and development of jobs, workflows, and scripts on the UC4 (Broadcom Automic) platform for process automation


• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of batch chains and operational flows


• Configuration and integration between UC4 and MFT tools for end-to-end file transfer automation


• Administration of MFT platforms (e.g. Axway, GoAnywhere, CFT or equivalent), including management of secure protocols (SFTP, HTTPS)


• Management of cryptographic keys and implementation of encryption mechanisms (PGP, SSH, SSL/TLS)
