Jobtailor in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks an experienced IT Audit professional to lead audits, assess IT risks, and advise senior management. You will plan risk-based audits, write reports, and monitor controls with a focus on Business Continuity and Cybersecurity.

Collaborate with Data Analytics to drive high-quality findings within deadlines, and assist in developing the annual IT audit plan with senior management. Fluent English and German required; banking/IT risk background preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business or Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
• IT audit certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA or CPA.
• Professional experience in banking or IT audit.
• Solid knowledge of IT departments and IT risk management.
• Knowledge of IT risk and cyber controls methodology and structure.
• Professional experience in cybersecurity, Operational Risk and Business Continuity.
• Interest in Business Continuity and Threat Detection & Response, I&AM and DLP.
• Experience auditing IT risk functions, including CISO and Second Line of Defense.
• Experience with NIST, COBIT and other IT control frameworks.
• Analytical and accurate personality.
• Ability to work cross-IT with auditors and data analysts to assess technology risks.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to present technical issues simply and concisely.
• Efficiency, efficacy and optimal time management.
• Ability to ensure excellent execution within deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead IT audits or support senior colleagues in Cyber and IT Operational Risk, including Business Continuity Management
• Plan and conduct risk-based audits
• Write audit reports, advise line management and monitor risks
• Perform detailed risk analyses and risk assessments
• Conduct continuous risk monitoring with the Data Analytics team to identify high-quality findings within deadlines
• Report on risks and controls against best-practice benchmarks
• Identify emerging risks and threats and report them to senior management
• Support development of the annual audit plan with IT senior management and the Head of Internal IT Audit
• Support design of sustainable risk mitigation plans
• Coach and encourage junior audit colleagues
• Build stable relationships with senior IT management and promote flexibility in risk awareness
